This monthly fee covers: a full-service property management system complete with Internet booking engine, automatic reservation data back-up, housekeeping reports, back-end accounting, regular software upgrades and telephone and email support.

Cerberus' commonsense pricing structure makes it an ideal property management solution for properties of all types and sizes including:
